Qatif holds funerals for three Shia martyrs, calling for the overthrow of the House of Saud

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Tens of thousands of people in the eastern city of Qatif, Saudi Arabia held a funeral for three martyrs, activist Khaled Al-Labad Hassan Al-Zahiri and Mohamed Almnasef amid slogans against the regime of the Saudi royal family.“The people want to overthrow the House of Saud," mourners chanted slogans calling to overthrow the regime, including "Down with Al-Saud," and burning a picture of Saudi King Abdullah.An activists said that the clashes took place between demonstrators and security forces during the funeral after being confronted by regime forces to stop the protests, while pictures showed a wide spread of Saudi forces after the end of the funeral ceremony.e Eastern Province in Saudi Arabia is witnessing marches, ongoing protests demanding the lifting of injustice and an end to discrimination, and regime forces laid siege to some cities, including Awamiya  that is exposed to continuous raids./129
